After I place my order online, how soon will I get my pin for my card?
Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail which includes the information for the card purchased and the access pin for your calling card.
PLEASE PROVIDE THE AREA CODE AND CITY FOR WHICH YOU ARE CALLING FROM SO WE CAN FIND THE LOCAL NUMBER WHERE YOU CAN CALL TO ACCESS YOUR CARD.

How do I know how many minutes are left on my card?
Each time you make a call, the amount of value and minutes is announced to let you know how much you have left on the card.
Are there additional charges when calling from a payphone?
Yes, as with ALL prepaid calling card numbers, you are subject to a possible surcharge when you use these cards from a payphone. It is typically about 90 cents and is deducted from your available minutes on the card.
What is pinless dialing?
Pinless dialing is a free service that allows you to use your calling card without entering your pin number. You can register up to 2 numbers for use with pinless dialing, including your home, cell, office, and other phone numbers from which you will be calling. Pinless dialing is not included with all calling cards.
Currently, our "ACCESS (PINLESS)" and "SUPERWORLD UNLIMITED" cards have this option available. To register a number for use with pinless dialing, please contact our customer support via e-mail.
Can I order these cards with confidence?

What is your return policy?
You can only receive a refund if your card balance is FULL.
You can only receive a refund if the calling card has a full balance and the purchase, indentified by order id (ORD #) was made in the past 5 days.
Do you allow to exchange your calling card?
We can only exchange cards with a FULL BALANCE. Please fill out the form below indicating which card you would like to exchange it for. Our support staff will examine your account and exchange the card if applicable. Support will send a conformation with the new card information via email.

I am having connection problems on my calling card?
1. I cannot connect my call.
2. I could not hear my party clearly.
3. Minutes were deducted from my card, but I never connected.
For the above, please e-mail our customer support through our e-mail and describe the problem in detail, including the time and dialing to and from numbers.
4. My calling card is not giving me the amount of minutes advertised.
A. Please note that if you are calling to a cell phone, some cards may have different rates and number of minutes than from a landline. The rates to cell phones are usually higher than the rates to landlines, unless otherwise noted. For instance, the rate to cell phones when calling internationally is approximately 2.5 times the land line rate.
B. Some calling cards also have taxes and a maintenance fees. The taxes are applied to each call that you make. Since the total number of minutes advertised on the site assumes that you will use the card completely during one call, you may find that tax charges from multiple connections lower your card's total number of calling minutes.
C. Different cards have a slight variance in quality, connection, and air time accuracy.
